NACPM’s purpose is to be the powerful unified voice for Certified Professional Midwives to ensure that all mothers and babies have a healthy start, to strengthen the profession, and to redefine public policy with the values of CPM care.
NACPM is working for you to create a secure foothold for CPMs in the US healthcare system, to support the growth of the profession and remove barriers to practice – for the sake of women, infants and families, including the most vulnerable.
In addition to working on behalf of CPMs and families, NACPM also offers opportunities for professional development through our continuing education webinars. In addition, there are numerous membership benefits such as listing your practice in our national directory, as well as discounts on journal subscriptions and professional liability insurance.
Currently membership in the Oklahoma Chapter requires NACPM National membership but carries no additional membership fee.
